Baby boomers (born 1946-1964) are more inclined to an hierarchical system where its important to first pay your dues being heard. Generaltion X workers (born 1965-1981) may be less team oriented. Generation Y (born 1982-1992) also called Millenials want to express themselves and be heard, and favor team work. A balanced lifestyle is more important to Millenials.
