Jinping promotes the idea of "China Dream," and China as a world power on a level with the U.S. It is not clear if this is a part of an effort to have secure relations with the military and the China Military Commission as the new leadership of Jinping and Keqiang move to make major social and economic policy changes, or simply an effort to continue peaceful development with a new assertiveness about China's rights in territorial disputes with Japan, or both.

A major Chinese city's water supply comes from the Huangpu river which has problems of pollution and contamination. An incident involving dead pigs in the river alarmed residents of Shanghai in March 2013. Years of neglect of pollution issues is leading to this becoming a major issue at the National People's Congress in 2013. Air pollution reached excessive levels in Shanghai and Beijing in the winter of 2013.

The restructuring takes place under the new leadership of Jinping and Keqiang in China. The changes were submitted at a session of the 2012 National People's Congress in March 2013. The Railways Ministry comes under the Transportation Ministry as regulation is separated from the actual operation of the rail system. The Family Planning Ministry is merged with the Health Ministry in a gradual effort to phaseout the one child policy considering the demographic changes in China.

Nabiullina is one of the liberal economists who see the period following the devaluation of the ruble in 1998 as generating higher economic growth because it lowered the cost for industry and agriculture. She sees the crisis as a way to get Russians to use less imports and promote import substitution for a healthier economy.

We took a different way to help millions around the world build educated informed mindsets that affects and shapes their lives. For a future that is open, global and digital, with everyone having access to high quality information. We believe in the renewal of America, renewal of Europe, the renewal of India, the rest of Asia, Latin America and Africa. The renewal of our supply chains, health, education, infrastructure, as we rebuild our countries after the pandemic. Literacy and knowledge we believe cannot thrive and grow in a world of web bots, web crawlers, or AI. This requires human curiosity, human learning, and human imagination. We take as inspiration the saying- “One has to be free, and as broad as sky. One has to have a mind that is crystal clear, only then can truth shine in it.” Every contribution whether big or small is precious- in this crisis and ahead.
