TTK Enterprises is an Indian company that sell the Prestige brand of pressure cookers and kitchen appliances through its 1500 retail outlets. The venture will try to reach consumers directy in India. Only about 15% of Indians have health insurance. The Indian government limits foreign ownership in such companies to 26% with plans to increase to this to 49%.
