The Institute of International Finance has developed a new survey of senior lending officers of 45 emerging market banks. This survey will be issued quarterly and will show bank lending patterns in emerging market countries of Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. A similiar survey is conducted by the central banks in the U.S. and Europe.
