As chairman of Sprint Son is taking a hands on approach to management at the money losing telecom carrier. At one meeting Son told executives he was totally fed up with advertising strategy and ad agencies working for Sprint. Sprint has lagged behind T-Mobile in adding customers. Son told the executives to fire all the ad agencies and start over, at one point asking the executives if they were stupid.
