US Congressman Darrell Issa, incoming chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, says he will look at saving much of the $125 billion dollars of waste and fraud in the Medicare system. What he described as money going out to Medicare recipients that don't exist for procedures that did not happen and other wasted dollars in the Medicare system.
