It comes at a critical moment of the defense of Kharkiv, Ukraine's second largest city, just 25 miles from the border as shown by NYT in April 24 coverage. It is part of the larger effort to secure a peace in Ukraine with the help of India and China as the war drags on for another year.

In the process pension fund managers made millions of dollars, and Bogle's agents have sold their obligations to fiduciary responsibility.
