The swimmers routine starts at 4.15 am and no matter how she feels she gets up goes to swim and tries the hardest for two hours 6.30 to 8.30 am then exercise training on land followed by 3-5 pm another two hours in the afternoon. Indian prime minister Modi tells people in towns across the country that the government will help people to put solar panels on homes so that instead of paying an oil and gas bill the energy generated from solar and added to the grid will give them a check every month to add to income.
