Bill Clinton had a special ability to select talented individuals and work with them in humility to promote peace- in the UK-Ireland conflict, and in the former Yugoslavia. Hillary Clinton did this with sheer tenacity of effort and working with humility with public servants who worked for Bill Clinton.
