But HP which lags Lenovo in China is the leading computer seller in India so there may be other things and factors at work. Still the markets in poor developing countries are going to be quite different in cultural and regional makeup and their needs may be quite different in what is most important to customers and what companies must do to respond to these needs to get established.

India plans to incease its nuclear capacity to produce electricity by 5 fold in the next 10 years and build 30 nuclear reactors at the cost of $100 billion. The French company Areva is likely to get some contracts and two Russian companies are building a nuclear reactor and should also get some contracts. The state owned French and Russian companies are protected from civil liability while GE Energy and Westinghouse would have to take care of the liability issues as India has not joined the treaty which created a global fund to to compensate victims of nuclear disasters.

The Delhi-Mumbai Expressway has 8 lanes for 1380 kilometres passing through the states of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. When completed in 2023 it will be Asia's longest expressway. Some sections will be completed in 2022. It will cut travel time to 12 hours.

En Marche was a movement hastily put together by Macron as a minister in the government of French Socialist party's Hollande, months before the last presidential election. It has failed to live up to its goal of renewal in France. The first round of the French election is on April 10, 2022.

Bump in the Washington Post cites the weekly poll from Gallup showing Trump's job approval rating with Republicans is at 84% among Republicans. Another poll from Survey Monkey shows 75% of Republicans are fine with the firing of FBI Director Comey by Trump. Republicans at this time see the firing as a distraction from other issues on the Republican agenda. Fox News presents a very different version of the story and it is what most Republicans watch. The health care bill from Republicans in Congress and the tax plan are also favored by a majority of Republicans in the polls, says Bump. Independents are wary and skeptical, Republicans see Trump as a way to get their own agenda implemented, and Democrats have serious issues with Trump.

Veering between reckless intervention and doing nothing has led to some of the problems the US faces even today.  Barrack Obama created the hope for Arab Spring at Cairo University in 2009, which he failed to follow up on. Le Monde of France recounts how Barrack Obama hesitated to followup on his warnings in 2011 after the Arab Spring. This led to Obama doing nothing in the face of just what he had stated at Cairo University of people "having the ability of speaking their mind and having say in how they are governed," and US intention "we will support them everywhere." Another instance of no action was with a failed state situation and  millions of refugees in Venezuela after a Bolivarist Chavez ideological economic collapse similar in some ways to Arab ideologies Iraq and Syria. US did not follow the Monroe Doctrine on non intervention of foreign European powers on the American continents. Obama's speech and then inaction may be at the root of today's problems of migration and the divisions it has caused. Millions of Syrian refugees left for Greece, Hungary and Germany in 2015-2016. It was followed by Brexit again on migration. And in 2016 migration and the Border in the US election. And again in 2022 and 2024 the Border and migration the big issue in the US election.
