Adly Mansour of Egypt's Supreme Constitutional Court- interim president in 2013 after ouster of president Morsi

Mansour is a graduate of Cairo University and studied pubic affairs and management in Paris before joining the judicial system in 1977. He was one of two judges selected by president Morsi and has made decisions that went against both Mubarak and Morsi.
