Google, the First Amendment protection of media, and the Associated Press case precedent from the 1940's

Products such as Google search being media related and "clothed with the public interest" in a way similiar to Associated Press news product in a case from the 1940's. This is different from the monopolistic practice of Microsoft say some experts. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) took this position in its Jan 2013 decision.
