The U.S. Aid program for Pakistan- 2010-2017

Only about $200 millon of the first $1.5 billion- in a five year $7.5 billion aid program -has been spent. The program is hindered by corruption, the difficulty of implementing programs in Pakistan because of the ineffective bureaucracy, security issues, and other problems.
