Here she looks at the grocery prices as an emergency issue. US Grocery prices are emergency issues in June 2026 for a family of 4 with income of $130,000, well above national median income of American households of $83,500 making it hard to pay for basics and essentials in groceries. In many cases manufacturers have increased prices beyond what economic fundamentals require using subtle actions.
