Thomas Massie's vote counts in a House where if only one other Republican were to vote with him Speaker Mike Johnson could not be reelected. What Massie disapproves of is the way Republicans under Johnson have joined with Democrats when facing division in their ranks on spending, Ukraine and other issues.
