Chipotle's casual fastfood chain that tries to bring natural ingredients and a different appeal was started by a Chef trained in New York at Culinary Institute of America school. It opened in 1993 in Denver. It uses a novel approach by not advertising, instead offering free burritos and food and promoting its healthy food in a personal atmosphere image - fast food without its drawbacks, meals in a short time span do nort have to be unhealthy or be served in a atmosphere that is impersonal without the small touches and courtesy that promote digestion.
