How Sony is quietly exiting the music download business to execute a strategy for becoming the key player in the video download business. This could be a potentially larger business than the music download business. Stringer is preparing Sony for this role by getting the right people in place, addressing Sony's cultural issues that hindered teamwork between divisions and by making the difficult decisions and executing a clear strategy.
