He sees the role of creative careers and the satisfaction scores of creative people, and all people who love their work and like to see it made interesting and challenging, as the big positive point for a system that encourages this. But he does not dwell on how this does not happen when society and the institutions and companies inside it redirect these energies to wasteful ways.
