The Supreme Court Observer shows how the Supreme Court Justices Chandrachud and Kaul arrived at their decision on the abrogation of Article 370 in India for a prin cely state during the formation of India as an independent nation. CJI Chadrachud held that the proclamation by Karan Singh accepting the supremacy of the Constitution of India, at that moment all sovereignty was irrevocably surrendered.
