The first part of the report looks at how one family in Wisconsin is coping with 3 children 2, 4 and 11 years old, from kindergarten to middle school. Ironically this happens as Britain was arguing for stricter financial regulation. Britain has been isolated and risks remaining on the sidelines from now on.
