This is according to tax documents released by a House committee. The tax returns for that period shows adjusted gross income of a negative $53.2 million. France's Macron calls again for security guarantees for Russia with NATO on its borders, so that the Ukraine war can be ended with a negotiated settlement. Mr. Macron met with Mr. Biden in November at the White House. Macron said on board the aircraft carrier in a TV interview- "Peaceful times will require talks. First and foremost for guarantees for Ukraine for its territorial integrity and long term security. But also for Russia as it will be a party to an armistice or peace treaty." He said that his critics have to answer the question- what do you propose. He asked if they propose a total war that will engulf the whole continent.
