President Biden easily wins the Democratic primary in South carolina with opposing candidates not meeting the 15% threshhold in any district. A deadly bacteria was found at the plant and Abbot Labs decided to close it down, leading to a shortage of baby formula in the US. US president Biden had supplies flown in from Germany to make up for the loss in supplies, brining in 15% of daily needs in the US. More flights are expected. The Sturgis, Michigan plant will reopen in June with a doubling of production capacity.
