Christopher Ward, appointed executive director of the Port Authority of New York in 2008, and three engineers from the Port Authority, Pagliettini, O'Connor, and Puza, are the men behind the new look of Ground Zero. The 16 acres of Ground Zero, say observers, have changed at a remarkable pace and the whole place is coming to life.
