Losses on trading by JP Morgan Chase bank's London "Whale" reach $5.8 billion by July 2012, according to Finance chief Doug Braunstein. The bank will restate results for the first quarter of 2012, with first half losses of $5.1 billion on the trades made by the Chief Investment Office.
